Ingredients
Super Maize Meal, Iron, Niacin (B3), Pantothenic Acid, Pyridoxine (B6), Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Folic Acid (B), Retinol (Vitamin A), Vitamin B12, Plus Trace Elements: Selenium, Zinc, Contains: Genetically Modified Organisms
Storage
Store indoors in a cool dry place before and after opening
Cooking Instructions
Hob
Instructions: (4 - 6 servings).
1 Litre water (4 cups).
5 ml salt (1 teaspoon).
500 ml Iwisa Super Maize Meal (2 cups) (330 g).
Bring water and salt to the boil in a large heavy-based saucepan.
Add maize meal. Stir thoroughly with two-pronged fork and cover with lid. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes and stir occasionally.
Add another 125 ml (1/2 cup) cold water to porridge.
Simmer over low heat to another 30 minutes.
