Rombi’s Delivery, returns, refunds and replacement policy

 As an esteemed customer you will have 7 days in case you change your mind about any of our non-edible products. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and proof of purchase will also be required when a return/refund is being processed.

We do our best to package items perfectly for our customers, in the unlikely event that items/delivery have been damaged, please contact us immediately by phone, WhatsApp or on the website and we will sort you out.


DELIVERY PARTNERS

We use a third-party delivery companies meaning for most of our deliveries in the United Kingdom and Europe. It is possible that delivery to high rise apartments, certain buildings could be difficult for our third-party delivery drivers. Under the driver’s discretion, they will decide where to leave your delivery if your buildings are not accessible. The drivers will leave your delivery at the safest location possible. This could mean your delivery is left with a neighbour, safe passage/corridor. You will be updated along the way about your deliver and will be able to inform the drivers where to keep your items.

 You will get a notification of the location of delivery once the items arrive. You will also get notified of the driver's estimated arrival time.

 Please note that delivery drivers are unable to bring items inside your house.

 

RETURNS

The following items below are not returnable.

  • Frozen, chilled goods, smoked poultry/items or perishable goods
  • Baby food

 SAME DAY DELIVERY

 We offer same day delivery for items ordered before 12pm to Belvedere, Erith and within a 3-mile radius. All other deliveries will be processed within 48hrs.
