Olu Olu's Pound'Ol lyan Flour offers premium quality, rich authentic flavour and a fine texture that's unrivalled

Iyan is simply a flavoursome starchy accompaniment for stews or other stew-like dishes.
There are many "Iyan"-like dishes all over Sub-Saharan Africa: i.e. Liberia's Dumboy, Zambia's Nshima and
Southern Africa's Sadza.
Boil 3/4 cup of water or fresh milk in saucepan on cooker
Add 1/3 cup of lyan flour and stir well till lump free.
You may add a little more water or milk and cook for
a further 2 minutes, whilst stirring. Serve while hot with a stew of your choice.
