Cooking Instructions:
Measure 250g of rice for four people. Wash the rice in cold water until the water runs clear. Place the rice in a saucepan and 750ml of water.
Add 1 teaspoon salt or a pat of butter if desired. Cover the Saucepan and bring the rice to the boil. Continue boiling covered until the top water has disappeared and the rice begins to separate. Keep the rice covered and
reduce heat.
Cook for a further 15-20 minutes. After cooking, allow the rice to stand covered for 2 to 5 minutes. Then
fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
Storage Instructions:
Once opened, store rice in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Cooked rice maybe stored in a covered container in a chilled refrigeraco freezer. This rice should be eaten within 2 days. Do not re-store rice once it has been reheated.
